New Civilization: Beyond Earth – Rising Tide Gameplay Trailer Revealed

We have found out a bit more about Rising Tide the first expansion for Civilization: Beyond Earth.

A new six-minute gameplay trailer – which you can watch below – has been released showing how some of the new features will work. Rising Tide, unsurprisingly enough, increases what you can do at sea. With the expansion you’ll be able to exploit the resources that are buried deep below the oceans of the new planet you colonise.

Rising Tide should also deepen the role that diplomacy plays in the game, giving you lots of new diplomatic options

Also included in the expansion are new units and factions.

It is slated for release in the Autumn and will cost £20.
