Little Devil Inside is a survival RPG with a twist.

On the surface it appears to be charming, with its beautiful graphics and cute creatures. But it’s much more than that.

The primary focus of the game is exploration. You have been hired by a professor to explore the world and the creatures that inhabit it. This often involves you travelling away from your home city to discover new places and needless to say you will run into a lot of hostile creatures.

Unlike many games, you have a safe place to return to after each successful trip into the wilderness. Your home city is a place where you can restock and prepare for your next trip.

Preparation is also key to in Little Devil Inside. You can’t just pick the best weapon and start trekking north. Rather you have to study to see what the enemies will be like, what weather you will and counter and how the terrain will be in order for you to have the highest chances of succeeding.

The game was successfully funded on Kickstarter (it raised over $300,000 AUD) in May 2015.
