Early Access Games Available on Xbox One, Backward Compatibility Announced
A new Xbox One service has been launched today enabling users to play pre-release versions of certain games that are in development.
The service, entitled Xbox Game Preview, launches with five games including The Long Dark, Elite: Dangerous and DayZ.
At the same press conference Microsoft announced that Xbox One owners will also be able to play games that were available on Xbox 360. To start with a hundred games will be available, with hundreds more being added as time goes on.
If a player has already purchased a game through Microsoft they will not be charged for it again.
