The latest in a long line of Sims games, The Sims 4 is a natural follow on to The Sims 3.
In this version the mood of your Sims play more of a role and can affect the tasks they’re doing (for example cooking angrily) and the Sims are now also able to multi-task, like watching the TV while they clean the floor.
The game attracted criticism when it was first launched as many players felt that it didn’t feel complete – for example pools, a long standing feature of The Sims, weren’t included. Eventually pools were added in an update.
In keeping with The Sims tradition, EA are making expansion packs available – the first, Get to Work, was released in April 2015 and allows you to play your sims’ when they are at work (but only if they work as a doctor, police officer or scientist – or if you want them to run their own retail business).
