Europa Universalis IV: Common Sense Expansion Announced
A new expansion for Europa Universalis IV has been announced.
Common Sense is the 6th major expansion for the game. One of the largest changes is the introduction of a new provincial development system. The amount of building space in a province is governed by its terrain and its development value. By limiting the number of buildings you can have in a province, the significance of the ones you do build is increased.
The expansion also increases the influence of politics and religion within the game. Parliaments have been added along with national churches and some new religious systems. The full announcement from Paradox can be read here.
